The tester is used to check various types of roof roller blinds. We design and print (3D in FFF technology) for as many systems used by the client as possible, in order to obtain the most versatile solution possible.
The frame angle can be adjusted manually or by motor depending on the selected version.
The dimensions of the roller blinds can also be entered by means of the touch panel or set manually into the measuring tape or by means of a digital display. The tester is made of aluminium frames. The construction is mobile, at the same time enabling moving the device and checking the electric roller blinds. When the tilt angle is set automatically, the TR-A D is equipped with a three-phase motor with a gearbox that works with the inverter and encoder, which allows the lift to adjust the tilt angle from 90 to 30 degrees with an accuracy of approximately 1 degree.
TR-AD Economic version
The tilt angle of the frame is controlled manually by means of the wheel, angular scale and
gearbox. The width adjustment bar of the roller blind is manually moved and locked
pneumatically – the dimensions are displayed on electronic displays. The height is set using
sliding handles running on hardened rails. As with the width setting, dimensions are displayed on the digital indicator. The economical version has no backlight.
TR-AD Basic version
Touch panel control. Height and width adjustment is carried out manually by means of a sliding beam and trolleys. Lighting from above and rear.
TR-A D Basic version with gauge for measuring the width
Touch panel control. Height adjustment is carried out manually by means of trolleys with handles. Manual width adjustment with position indicator with magnetic strip, allowing precise adjustment of the desired width with an accuracy up to 0.5 mm illuminated from the top and rear.
TR-A D advanced version with automatic width adjustment
Width adjustment via servo motor with gearbox for precise adjustment of the width from the touch panel. Slide the working beam after the ball screw. Height adjustment is carried out manually by means of trolleys with handles. Lighting from above and rear.
TR-A D advanced version with automatic width and height adjustment
Width adjustment via servo motor with gearbox for precise adjustment of the width from the
touch panel. Slide the working beam after the ball screw. Height adjustment is also carried
out by means of a servo motor with two gearboxes; the height of the roller blind can be set
from the touch panel.
