Profile hole-punch

The Hole-punch is a device for punching out the mounting holes in the pleated blind bar. The holes are used to mount the holders. The hole-punch is a pneumatic device – the operator sets up the bar in the correct position then presses the start foot-switch, which activates the pneumatic actuator responsible for pin extension and punching of 3 (or 2, depending on the selected version) holes. The device is adapted to the profiles used by customers after they have been delivered to us. The design of the device’s punch hole ensures that holes in the profile will always be punched in the centre regardless of its length. Replacement matrices allow the use of hole punches even if the manufacturer uses different types of profiles to produce pleated blinds. The matrices are adapted to the systems used by the customer.
