The data entered in the contact form is sent directly to the company’s e-mail account Only authorized persons have access to the information sent, which only processes the data in order to present the offer or answer the questions. The information provided will be retained as long as Rol-Pas is in place to allow the company’s normal trading activities.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Additional information

1. The Administrator processes personal data of his clients in order to conclude or perform the Agreement and perform the Service – art. 6 par. 1 lit. b RODO.
2. Customers’ personal data will be processed for the time necessary to conclude and perform the Agreement, and after its completion for a period and to the extent required by applicable law in connection with the implementation of legal obligations (settlements, limitation of claims).
3. In relation to personal data concerning clients and their processing, Rol-Pas customers are entitled to:
a. access requests,
b. demand rectification,
c. request removal,
d. requests to limit processing,
e. to raise objections to the processing,
f. transfer requests,
g. file a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
4. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude an Agreement with the Supplier. Failure to provide them will make it impossible to conclude the Agreement and provide the Service.

1. Rol-Pas as part of the Contract and performance of the Service undertakes that:
a. will not take, cause or allow any actions that may cause Rol-Belt to breach any applicable provisions of the RODO or other applicable laws and regulations regarding the processing of personal data and privacy, and will process personal data in a manner reliable and transparent;
b. will process personal data in an adequate, appropriate and limited way to what is necessary for the purpose of concluding and implementing the Agreement;
c. will process personal data only for the purpose of implementing the Agreement and only in accordance with the instructions received in this respect from Rol-Pas;
d. take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss or destruction, or damage to any personal data stored by Rol-Pas;
e. will not transfer or forward any personal data outside the European Economic Area without meeting the conditions specified in art. 44-49 OF THE RD0, including conditions for the continued transmission of data from a third country or by an international organization to another third country or other international organization.
