Crimping machine for mosquito nets frame

A press for crimping mosquito net frames (manual and pneumatic) allows for a strong connection of the mosquito nets frame. It will connect both window and door profiles. In the pneumatic version our offer includes a crimping machine equipped with two actuators with knives attached. The clamping of the linked frame can be solved by manual clamping adjusted by the operator or by using two joystick controlled actuators. The pneumatic crimping machine is a guaranteed stable connection of the mosquito nets frames resulting in zero complaints made by customers. This is the result of using large main actuators responsible for knife movement and compressing the corner inside the aluminium profiles.
